When looking into purchasing this book I was surprised not ...
When looking into purchasing this book I was surprised not to find one review nor a list of the stories that were in the book. The stories are The Tooth Fairy, George's New Balloon, Peppa Plays Soccer, Peppa's New Neighbors, Dentist Trip, Let's Go Shopping Peppa, Sports Day, and Bedtime for Peppa. The book is bigger than I expected, that is a huge plus.
Fantastic book!
This book is adorable and perfect for my two kids. We read a book before bed every night and they always want to pick a peppa story but the little thin paper back peppa books we have honestly have seen better days. So we got this hoping it would be more durable and it definitely is. The cover is a really nice puffy hard back cover front, back and binding with paper pages inside. It has a cute table of contents and has multiple peppa stories inside. I'm so pleased with this purchase... Fantastic book for the price!! I love it when people take pictures for their reviews because I want to see what the actual product looks like in real life before buying online so I attached some pictures. I did the one with the water bottle so you could see how big the book is.
8 Five minute Peppa stories perfect for Bedtime
So after about a million renewals from the library I finally broke down and bought this for my Peppa loving son. This is the only book he wants to read at bedtime. His favorite story is George’s New Balloon and he refuses to go to bed until we read it each night. These stories are great as they are a quick 5 minute read. The book is a nice padded hardback that should last a long time. For any other Peppa lovers out there defiantly get this book As it’s totally worth it.
Excellent book!
I saw this at Target the other day and wanted to purchase it but there was only one copy left with a tear at the front cover. Amazon delivered it within a day and it was cheaper and arrived in a clean, crisp, sturdy condition to be kept in my toddlers mini book collection. My two year old smiled and yelled “Peppy!” when she first saw the book and immediately sat on my lap to be read to. The pictures are vivid and bright and she sat and paid attention through an entire story. I’m not certain if all the stories are from actual episodes but I recall watching the one about the dinosaur balloon flying out through the window. These five minutes stories are designed with the average toddler’s short attention spans in mind so this was the perfect addition to my daughter’s ever growing collection of books.
For the Peppa Pig lover
Great book for Peppa Pig fans. The stories are long enough for the child to feel like you aren’t rushing them through another bedtime story but short enough for the parent to be able to read a couple and it not take forever. The stories correlate to some of the episodes which my son liked. The book itself is very well made with a nice fluffy hardcover (this makes sense when you see the book in person) and the pages are thick and feel high quality. Would purchase again.
A Peppa fan favorite
Oh Peppa, the hilarious show for the wee little ones. We watch the full episodes on Noggin and still read this book. It’s such great quality, although heavy for a toddler, it would build ones arm strength! We especially like the tooth fairy story, which shows peppa taking care of her teeth! And the bed time story, which shows a very simple 3 step bedtime routine for children. Paired with a few small peppa figurines, like the Peppa house from Target (which you totally don’t need), this book is brought to life and will definitely creat conversations between you and your babe (s).
As expected
This is our second copy. Our first one got to beat up and had many torn (and mended over and over again) pages from my kiddos bringing it everywhere with them fighting over it. I recommend this book for any and all Peppa fans out there. Don't think that me needing to get a second copy is meaning that this book isn't durable, because it certainly is. My toddlers just REALLY love this book so it's been through a lot more than most of their other books.
Five Minute Peppa Pig Stories
This book was a present for my grandson who absolutely loves Peppa Pig, et al. He and his mom reads a couple of stories at bedtime each night. He's learning to read and it's a very good beginning.
the kid loves it
Peppa is simple, easy to read, and wholesome. There are many kids books that don't offer much, other than entertainment, but this one teaches good behavior, politeness, and about appropriate levels of fun. Peppa is a great series, and it's no wonder its known the world over. 5 stars!
Wonderful Book
This Peppa Pig Five-Minute stories is a super, great book. I am an avid reader and I would like for my granddaughter (7 mos old) to share my love for books. So I am reading to her a lot and providing her with many books. This book is large, the hard back cover is also soft and the pictures are very vivid and make my granddaughters eyes light up. This book is a great value and would make a terrific gift.
