Bước 1: 300gr heo quay cắt khối vuông vừa ăn, ướp cùng 10g hành lá cắt nhỏ, 20g đường, 30ml nước tương, 5g muối, để 10 phút cho thấm gia vị.
Phi thơm 15g hành tím băm và 15g tỏi băm, sau đó cho 300g dưa cải chua đã rửa sạch, cắt khúc vừa ăn vào xào trong 5 phút.
Tiếp tục, bắc chảo lên phi thơm 15g hành tím băm, sau đó cho 20ml dầu màu điều, 10g tiêu và heo quay đã ướp vào xào cho săn lại.
Cho thêm 300ml nước dừa tươi, đảo đều, kho trong 5 phút cho gia vị ngấm điều.
