Rau mầm rửa sạch. Thịt nguội cắt sợi nhỏ ngắn. Trứng cho vào chén đánh tan cùng 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối.
Cà chua rửa sạch, cắt múi cau. Dưa leo rửa sạch, cắt que nhỏ ngắn.
Cho vào tô 100ml nước sôi, 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 1 muỗng canh hạt nêm và 1 muỗng canh đường, khuấy tan rồi thêm 1 muỗng canh giấm, 2 muỗng canh nước tương và 1 muỗng nước cốt chanh vào khuấy đều đều, để riêng làm nước trộn.
Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho trứng vào chiên chín thì vớt ra, cắt sợi nhỏ.
Cho mì vào tô, trộn với rau mầm và 1/2 muỗng canh dầu mè.
Cuối cùng, xếp các nguyên liệu đã chuẩn bị sẵn vào, rưới nước trộn cho vừa ăn lên là có thể thưởng thức.
